Yesler Towers proudly participates in the City of Seattle Multifamily Property Tax Exemption program (MFTE program 6) and other affordable housing initiatives. We offer select studio, one and two-bedroom homes at restricted rents for income-eligible households. These homes, designed with your comfort and well-being in mind, provide a haven of affordable luxury amidst the vibrant energy of Seattle.
